I’ve had this dip bar for a few years now and it’s honestly been a lifesaver for my home workouts. I use it for tricep dips, knee raises, leg raises, back rows, and just about anything else that needs a stable spot. The foam grips are great – no slipping, even when I’m sweaty – and the floor pads keep it from sliding around. I’ve had it in my garage for a while now, but I’ve just moved it to anlaby, East Riding of Yorkshire, so I’m passing it on. It’s made of solid steel, stands up to 300kg, and it’s easy to set up – no tools needed. The whole thing is about 10kg, so it’s not heavy to move around. I’ve used it with push-up rings and straps before, though those aren’t included. It’s not fancy, but it’s been super reliable. I’m keeping it at £36 if anyone’s interested.Seller Information
