I’ve had this DAWES Galaxy touring bike since new, and it’s been used mainly for European tours over the years—mostly on roads and country paths. It’s been well looked after, no major damage, and still runs smoothly. The ride is comfortable, the gearing is solid, and the bike feels reliable. I’ve kept it simple, no flashy mods—just a solid, practical machine. It’s in excellent condition overall, and I’m not planning to ride it much anymore. Currently stored in dalbeattie, Dumfries and Galloway, so if you’re local or looking for a reliable bike to use on the road, it’s a solid option.
