Got this from Halfords about a year ago, but my son outgrew it pretty fast. Still in decent condition, just a bit worn from regular use—no stabilisers, which is fine since he’s now riding on his own. Great for someone learning to ride, and it’s still a solid bike to have around. Based in Pencader, Carmarthenshire. Might be worth a look if you're looking for a reliable, used bike for a beginner.
