Description
These old-school mahogany barley twist plant stands are a real gem. They’re Victorian-style, handcrafted, and in good condition – just not perfect, which is fine, honestly. Each one’s about 28cm wide, stands 101cm tall, and has thick 45cm legs for solid support. I painted them charcoal grey and gave them a good wax finish, so they look polished without being flashy. One of the tops has a little bow, like something out of a 19th-century garden. I’ve kept them in my garden at home in Llanfyllin, Powys, and they’ve been a nice touch for years.
