I'm letting out two double rooms on the first floor of a quiet, well-kept house in Borth, Ceredigion. Both rooms are bright, have modern UPVC windows, and come with a double bed, wardrobe, and extra storage space. The house is tidy and calm, with a peaceful vibe — perfect for working women who want a calm, home-like setting.

The rooms share a ground-floor bathroom, a kitchen, and a comfortable living area. There’s also a washing machine and high-speed Wi-Fi. A small garden is outside, but it's not much — just a nice touch.

I’m sharing with two homeowners who are tidy, quiet, and respectful, and they’re usually around a few days a week. No couples, no pets, no parties — and I’d prefer no smoking.

The rooms are available from 1st October, with a minimum stay of 6 months. Rent is £595 per month including bills, and it’s one month deposit.
