Specialized Hardrock Sport Mountain Bike

Got this Specialized Hardrock Sport mountain bike and it’s been sitting in my garage in Rhondda-Cynon-Taf, Wales, for a while now. It’s fully working, runs fine, and the condition is solid — nothing broken, just a bit worn in spots you’d expect after regular use.

It’s got 26” wheels with chunky 26x2.10 resolution tyres that grip well, and the 24-speed Shimano Rapid Fire gears are smooth with integrated brakes. Front suspension is the RST Plus T7 forks with lockout — not super stiff, just good for trail riding. Frame’s a lightweight 21” 7005 aluminium, saddle’s a San Marco race gel, and I’ve just replaced the chain and all the cables on both the gears and brakes. Drinks holders, quick release seat and both wheels are all there too.

I’ve been thinking about getting into kids’ bikes — if you’ve got ones between 12” and 24” lying around, I’d love to swap them for a bit of cash. No pressure, just a fun little trade.

I’m not a big fan of returns on used stuff, so it’s sold as seen. If you’re looking to try it out before buying, feel free to pop by — I’m happy to let you ride it. Just don’t expect anything fancy, it’s not a showroom piece.
