I’ve been playing guitar for nearly 20 years, mostly taught myself back in the day — so I get what it’s like to feel stuck, unsure, or just plain excited about learning. If you’re thinking about picking up a guitar but don’t know where to start, I can help. I’m not here to give you a fancy lesson plan — I’ll just walk you through chords, strumming, simple songs, and the basics at a pace that actually makes sense. No prior experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to try. You’ll need your own guitar — acoustic or electric — and a bit of practice time, but that’s it. I teach one-on-one, keep things real, and never rush you. I’m based in bellshill, North Lanarkshire, so if you’re nearby and want to try it out, I can come to you or we can meet somewhere local.
