This old Cromer crabpot is a real gem — handcrafted from wood, with a sturdy frame and a lovely sea-worn patina that tells a story. It’s about 60 x 45 x 35 cms, and though it’s been used in the past, it’s still solid and fully intact. I’ve never actually used it for fishing — more of a display piece. It’s one of the last original ones from Cromer, and I’ve been keeping it in my garden for years, just as a piece of coastal history. Now I’m moving to Shaftesbury, Dorset, and thought it might find a new home as a feature in a garden or as a talking point in a kitchen or living room.
