Gaming PC with Ryzen 5 1600 and RX 580
Description
So I built this PC a few years ago, and honestly, it’s been running great ever since. I’ve kept it well-maintained, and it’s still a solid machine for gaming or everyday use.The case, PSU, NVME drive, and WiFi card are all brand new. The motherboard (MSI B350, latest BIOS), CPU (Ryzen 5 1600), RAM (16GB DDR4), and graphics card (AMD RX 000 8GB) are used but fully tested — I re-applied thermal paste and added quality thermal pads, and updated the BIOS. It runs cool thanks to four new 120mm LED fans, and the colours can be changed via a button on the case.
I’ve got a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro with a new key — activated and all drivers set up. Secure boot is enabled too. I’ve tested it with Fortnite and Battlefield 6 Beta: at 1080p, Fortnite runs smoothly at 120–140fps on performance settings, and Battlefield 6 Beta hits 44–60fps on low (that doubles with FSR).
This thing is actually pretty versatile — it’s not a high-end rig, but it handles office work, school tasks, and casual gaming just fine. The motherboard even supports future upgrades like a Ryzen 9 5950X or a 5800X3D, so you could easily upgrade it later without needing to swap out the whole system.
I’m based in Witham, Braintree, and it’s been sitting in a quiet corner of my garage — I’ve just decided to part with it. If you’re interested, I’ve also got a brand new sealed 1080p 180Hz 1ms IPS gaming monitor for £100, a new keyboard and mouse, and a pair of speakers for £35 — all in case you want to go full gaming setup.
If you’re curious, just send me a message — happy to chat through what you’d use it for or what you're looking for.
