I’ve got a small studio in Rutland, England, and I’m looking for a one-person tenant to share it. It’s a quiet, tidy space with laminated floors, double glazing, and a modern tiled shower and toilet. The place has an electric heater, a single bed, a small fridge-freezer, and a microwave — not much, but it’ll work for someone living on their own.

There’s a shared washing machine, and the tenant is responsible for the electricity bill. It’s about 6 minutes’ walk from the main bus and tube stops, and 4 minutes from the Hornsey overground station. Close to Wood Green’s shops, banks, supermarkets, and a gym — everything you’d need for a day out or a quick run to the corner store.

Only for a single person, no pets.
