Tameron SP 500mm lens hood and end caps with adaptail 2 and 2x converters for canon ef

I’ve got this Tameron SP 500mm lens hood and end caps, plus the adaptail 2 that fits onto a Canon EF ring. I also have two manual Vivitar Canon EF converters — one for the lens, one for the 2x setup. The lens itself gives about 800mm on a crop sensor, and with the 2x converter it jumps to around 1,500mm. No scratches, no fungus, just clean and well-loved. The whole kit comes in a sturdy carry case — I’ve used it a lot over the years, but it’s still in great shape. It’s sitting in Saltash, Cornwall, and I’m just passing it on because I’ve moved on to something else.
