Victorian/Edwardian oval wall mirror with bevelled glass
Description
I’ve been keeping this mirror for years — it’s a solid piece from the Victorian or Edwardian era, with that classic bevelled glass and a wooden frame that looks like mahogany. The glass is clean, no major scratches, and it’s ready to hang thanks to the chain on the back. The frame is about 79 x 54 cm at its widest points.I’m based in Inverness, Highland, and it’s coming from my place off the A420 — just drop by if you’re around. I’m putting it up for a village church fundraiser — all the proceeds go to the local church, part of our annual White Elephant sale. It’s one of the things I’ve been holding onto from a collection of old items I’ve been given over the years.
The sale runs up to the village fete on September 7th, so if you’re in the area, it’s worth a look. I’ve got loads more stuff I’ve been letting go of — just a few things I’ve kept and now thought it was time to share.
