Got this for my son when he started kickboxing a few years ago. It’s been used quite a bit but still holds up well – the fabric is sturdy, no tears or holes, and the straps are solid. The bag is 4 feet long including handles, about 36cm wide, and fits perfectly in our garage. It’s not super fancy, but it’s been a good workhorse for his training sessions.
