Got this treadmill from a friend who’s now moving to a new flat in Lybster, Highland. It’s the DeerRun Q1 Classic Pro – a solid underdesk portable treadmill. Runs up to 6 km/h and can handle up to 159kg, so it’s got a bit of muscle on it. The base is plastic and metal, and there’s a small LCD screen to show you how fast you’re going. I use it mostly when I’m working from home, especially on days when I just want to get a little movement in without going to the gym. It’s not fancy, but it does the job. Price’s £112.50 – not too bad for something that’s been in good use. Just looking to get rid of it before I pack up and head to the coast.
