I’ve had this Raleigh Air Lite 6000 for a couple of years now, mostly riding it on the Isle of Tiree. It’s a 55cm frame with 16-speed Flightdeck gearing — still feels sharp and responsive. The aluminium frame and 700C wheels make it light and quick, which is perfect for the coastal roads and hills around here. I only use it occasionally, so it’s been barely touched since I bought it. The only other one Raleigh makes that’s similar is priced at £2500, so this one’s a real bargain. I’m keeping it for a bit longer, but I’ve decided to part with it now.
