Description

So, I’ve had this 2020 Audi e-tron Launch Edition Estate for a few months now — not sold yet, just sitting in my driveway in Flint, Flintshire, and honestly, it’s been a proper joy to drive.

It’s got that 95kWh battery, so the manufacturer says it can go up to 226 miles on a single charge. If I’m charging at home with a 7kW charger, it takes about 14 hours to go from empty to full — not ideal, but manageable. Public charging? Yeah, you can get to 80% in under 40 minutes — pretty handy if you’re on the move.

The Launch Edition trim has loads of smart bits: 360-degree camera, parking sensors, panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise control, and that Audi Pre-Sense front and side assist stuff. I’ve actually used the cross-traffic alert a few times when parking — saves me from a few near-misses.

The interior’s solid — lots of leather, good sound system, and that virtual cockpit looks sharp. The 21-inch alloy wheels are a bit flashy, but they look great on the road. Front seats have 4-way lumbar support, which is a real plus for long drives. And the heated seats? I’ve used them on cold mornings — keeps you warm without having to turn up the heat.

It’s a bit of a beast under the hood — gets from 0 to 62mph in just 5.7 seconds. Not the fastest car in the world, but it feels quick and smooth. The four-wheel drive setup makes it feel stable in all sorts of conditions.

I’ve kept it well maintained, and it’s still got all the original features — even the keyless go, wireless charging, and that DAB radio. The boot space is big enough for a family, and I’ve used it for camping trips and weekend getaways.

The only thing I’m a bit cautious about is the 11kW onboard charger — it’s not the fastest, but it’s fine for regular use.

I’ve got a bit of a unique story here — I bought it with a low-rate finance deal, no deposit, and paid only in two installments later. The finance was arranged through Moto Novo, and I only had to pay the first instalment when I picked it up — no upfront cash.

I’ve been in touch with The Car Co in Flint, Flintshire — they’ve been around for ages and have a solid range of used cars, from Porsches to Land Rovers and even electric models. They’ve helped me get a good deal and offered a 3-month warranty (can upgrade to lifetime if you want).

If you’re thinking about going electric or looking for something practical with good range and features, this one’s worth a look.

I’m not selling it for a big sum — it’s £22,027.50 — but I’m happy to chat about it if you’re interested. Just give them a call on 0161 761 4171 and they’ll help you go through it.

No pressure, just a car I’ve been really happy with — and I’m not sure I’ll ever sell it. But if you’re interested, I’m down to talk.
