Description

These are the medals of Pte. John Osborne, from the Corps of Lancers (King Edward’s Horse), dated 1914/15. The trio includes the 1914/15 Star, and they're all clearly marked with his service number L.8050. I found them in a family box, tucked away for years. He went to France in October 1915 and came out in May 1919. The medal roll confirms he was with the King Edward’s Horse and attached to the 3rd (Prince of Wales) Dragoon Guards. They're in decent condition — not perfect, but still solid for a collection. I’ve kept them in a simple sleeve, no fancy display. Came from a relative’s old trunk, and I’m just passing them on. Based in Rathfriland, Armagh City. £90.
