So, I’ve been keeping this car for a bit — it’s a 2020 BMW 3 Series 330e, plug-in hybrid, and honestly, it’s one of those cars that just feels right when you drive it.

It’s got the M Sport look — the aggressive front grille, the quad exhaust diffuser, and those bold 18-inch M-light alloy wheels in bicolour orbit grey. The paint is sunset orange, which I really like — not too flashy, not too boring.

It’s a proper hybrid — 293bhp combined, 8-speed automatic, and runs on both petrol and electric. I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s been a joy to drive, especially on the way to Southsea, Portsmouth. The electric mode is smooth, and once you hit the highway, it’s quiet and efficient.
