Reebok GT40 S Treadmill

Got this old Reebok GT40 S treadmill a while back and used it mostly during my pregnancy – walked about 30 minutes a day, always barefoot, and the platform was super comfy. Once I had the baby and started doing a lot of pram walks, I didn’t need it much anymore. So I’ve just been putting it away for a bit.

It’s been used lightly, not much more than a few months of actual use after that, and hasn’t seen much wear. Still has the original cushioning, 5-inch LCD screen, 2HP motor, and can go up to 16kph. The incline goes up to 12 levels, and there’s a bunch of pre-set workouts and a body fat test – I’ve never actually used the body fat one, but it’s there. You can also set up your own workouts or pick from the manual ones.

The frame’s been around for 25 years, motor’s about 10 years, and the computer’s just 2 – all still working fine. The weight limit is 110kg, so it’s not for heavy lifting, but it’s solid for walking. The running area is 132cm x 44cm, and it has hand pulse sensors, auto-stop safety key, soft drop hydraulic fold, and built-in wheels so it’s easy to move around.

Also has MP3 input with 5W speakers, dual bottle holders, floor level adjustment, and two storage trays. I’ve only used it a few times, and it’s been stored carefully.

I’m just letting it go now – not needed much since I’ve been walking a lot with the pram. It’s in good shape, just not something I’m using daily anymore. Collection only, and it’s in wick-littlehampton, Littlehampton. Price’s £90, but I don’t want to talk about that much – just thought someone might find it useful.
