2018 Ford Focus 1.0T EcoBoost Zetec Edition 5-door hatchback
Description
My 2018 Ford Focus Zetec Edition is the one I’ve kept for years and really loved — it’s a solid, no-frills hatchback that’s been well looked after. It’s got that 1.0T EcoBoost engine, which is pretty efficient, and runs on petrol — no diesel nonsense. It’s Euro 6 compliant, so it’s clean and not overly polluting. I’ve used it regularly, and it’s always been easy to drive, especially in the city. The Zetec trim comes with rear parking sensors, which I’ve found super handy when parking in tight spaces, and manual air conditioning — I still use it, even if it’s not the fanciest setup. Fuel economy’s been pretty good, clocking around 60 miles per gallon, which is better than most similar cars. The boot’s plenty big enough for a weekend trip or groceries, and it’s not too noisy or fussy to drive.
I’ve got the safety belt pretensioners and it’s low in CO2, which I appreciate. It’s been parked in Worcester-Park, London Borough of Sutton, and I’m just looking to part ways with it now. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable and gets the job done — I’ve had no major issues with it over the years. I’ll keep it in the same place until I get a new one.
Price is £2,880 — not much, honestly, considering how it’s held up. Just a solid car that I’ve driven for years and never had any major problems with.
