Mk2 Golf GTI 16V

Description

Got this Mk2 Golf GTI 16V sitting in Portishead, North Somerset, and it’s not in great shape — definitely needs a proper restoration. The bodywork’s a bit rough, especially the sills, battery tray, floor grommets, and the rear chassis leg and arches. There’s a small dent at the back rear panel too. Not something you can fix over the weekend or with a quick fix. I’ve seen a few on eBay and they’re either too expensive or just not right, so I’m hoping someone with the right skills and patience can take it on. It’s a decent car in spirit, just needs proper work. Price is £1,800 — if you’re serious about restoring it, I’d be happy to chat. No fluff, no time-wasters. Just a car with potential.
