I’ve got a few of the Cambridge 1 to 1 diet packs I used last year — 17 cappuccino, 21 apple and cinnamon porridge, 12 veg soup, 5 spag bol recipes. All the dates expire in 2026, so still good to go. I’ve been using them for my own meal prep, and they’re actually pretty handy for quick, balanced meals. Just moved to Rhayader, Powys, so I’m parting with them.
