Description

I’ve had this tall vintage display cabinet for years — it’s from the 60s to 70s, so it’s not brand new, but it’s solid and still looks great. It’s a real piece of mid-century design, with a clean, uncluttered look that fits well in a living room, kitchen, or study.

The top part has two adjustable glass shelves — you can set them however you want, so it’s perfect for displaying glassware, collectibles, or just any little things you love to show off. The lower section has a plywood shelf that’s also adjustable, and it’s behind smooth sliding glass doors, so everything stays dust-free — great for books, tableware, or larger decorative items.

It’s been in my home in Claygate, The Parade, and I’ve kept it well, so it’s in nice vintage condition. There are a few light marks from age and use — nothing major, just what you’d expect from a piece that’s been around for decades.

Dimensions: 199cm tall, 89cm wide, 50cm deep. The lower cabinet is 72cm high. The top glass shelves are 79 x 49cm.

I found it at Design by Davies in Bowood House, Empson Street, London — I’ve only ever had it in one place, so it’s not moved much. If you’re local to East London, I can arrange a delivery — it’ll be one man, ground floor, kerbside, and it should take 1–2 weeks or sooner. If you need a two-man delivery or something extra, just let me know — there might be a small extra charge.

Shipping: I can send it via courier to England — it’s £60, but local delivery in East London might be cheaper. For places like Wales, Cornwall, Devon, or northern counties, there could be extra costs — ask me if you’re going further afield.

This is a pre-loved item, so it’s not brand new. I’ve gone through all the photos — if you’re wondering about wear or details, just look at the pics. I’m happy to answer any questions or chat about it.

I’ll take cash on collection, card on the spot, or bank transfer — all options are fine.

If you’re interested, just reach out — I’ve got a few other things I’ve been holding onto too.
