2016 MINI Countryman 2.0 Diesel Automatic Hatchback

Got this one in 2016 and it’s been a solid workhorse ever since. Still has the original service stamps — seven in total, last one done at 63k — so it’s been properly looked after.

It’s midnight grey metallic with 18-inch alloy wheels, and the leather steering wheel feels nice to grip. Inside, it’s got a good mix of tech — rear parking sensors, rain-sensing wipers, DAB radio, MP3 via iPhone, iPod, USB, and aux. CD player too, if you’re into that. Aircon works well, glove box is chilled, windows go up and down electrically, and the tinted glass keeps things cool.

Front fog lights, engine start/stop to save fuel, electric hill hold, and tyre pressure monitoring are all there. I’ve used it in city drives and country roads — it handles well and doesn’t feel like it’s straining. First registration was September 2016.

It’s Euro 6 compliant, so no issues going into low emission zones. RAC-approved dealer, so it’s been checked properly — full mot, HPI, safety checks.

I’ve been based in Nottinghamshire, East Midlands, and it’s been a good place to keep it — easy to park, good roads, and I don’t have to rush to get to the city.
