Kitchen island with oak top and back shelves

Hi! So, I’m parting ways with my kitchen island — it’s been a real staple in my kitchen for years. The base is black, solid and totally spotless, no scratches or dents at all. The top is oak wood, feels a bit like a cutting board — natural, warm, and actually has a tiny bit of fading in a few spots. Not much, just like how a cutting board would age a little over time. It’s actually kind of charming that way. On the back, there are two shelves — one of which holds my wine rack (I’m happy to include that if you’re interested).

The island seats two, and I’ve got two different barstools I’d be happy to show you if you’re thinking of adding them. I’m selling it for £150 — it’s in great shape, just not for much longer. It’s not going to be shipped, so you’ll need to pick it up from Gloucester Road Station. Dimensions are 126 x 79 x 90cm.

It’s been a long time in the same spot, and I’ve really loved having it — just not quite the right fit anymore. Hope you like it!
