I took this carpet and underlay out of a new build property before it was even used. It’s still brand new, no signs of wear, and the underlay’s in perfect shape. The total area is about 60m², so it’s good for big rooms, offices, or filling out a few smaller spaces. I’m keeping it for now because I’ve found a better fit for my own place. It’s not perfect for a small space, but it’s solid for larger areas. I’m not charging much — just £9 — so if you’re looking for something that’s been through the full process but still in excellent condition, this might work for you.
