Fully Furnished Double Room

Description

I’ve got a fully furnished double room available for a month starting 15th August, and I’m letting it go for a short-term stay. It’s in Whitby, North Yorkshire, so if you’re in the area, it’s pretty convenient.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, and a study table — all set up and ready to go. There’s also access to a nice garden, which is a nice touch. It’s just a two-minute walk to the tram link and a four-minute stroll to Asda. There’s loads of street food and eateries nearby, and it’s easy to get to the city center.

The shared kitchen is modern and has everything you’d need — microwave, fridge, kettle, etc.

I’m charging £95 per week with a 2-week deposit, so if you're looking for a spot to live for a month, this could work. It’s ideal for a single professional or student, or couples (though that’d be an extra £20).
