2015 Vauxhall Astra 1.6 CDTi EcoFLEX 94g Design Hatchback 5dr Diesel Manual Euro 6
Description
This 2015 Vauxhall Astra diesel hatchback has been sitting in my garage in Dewsbury, Kirklees, and I’m finally ready to part with it. It’s a solid, well-maintained car with a clean history — I’ve had it for over 8 years and it’s been through regular servicing and MOTs, so it’s been reliable and low-maintenance.It’s a 1.6 CDTi with the ecoFLEX engine, which is quite efficient for a diesel, and it’s got a manual gearbox — I still like driving it that way, even if it’s not the most modern setup. The 110ps are plenty for everyday use, and the 16-inch alloy wheels with 7-spoke design look decent and don’t show too much wear.
Inside, it’s got a full range of features — air conditioning, electric windows, cruise control, CD stereo with AUX, heated rear window, and a decent audio system. The seats are comfortable, the interior trim is clean, and there’s a good amount of space for a family or two. The ISOFIX seats are handy for kids, and the door pockets and luggage area are useful.
Safety is top of the list — it has airbags all around, ABS, ESP Plus, EBA, EBD, and even a brake fade assist. The headlights are elliptical, and the daytime running lights are bright and clear. The car has a good safety rating and I’ve always kept it well-maintained.
I’ve kept it on the road for years, and it’s been mostly used for daily commutes and weekend trips. The only thing I’ve noticed over time is a bit of wear on the front door handles and some minor interior scuffing — nothing major, and it’s all easily fixed if needed.
I’m not selling it for a quick profit — I’ve just got a new job and need to clear out a bit of space. The car is in great shape, has full road tax, and I’ve had it fully serviced and inspected. It’s not a show car, but it’s reliable and comfortable.
If you’re looking for a dependable, practical diesel hatchback that’s not too flashy but gets the job done — this one’s for you. I’m happy to chat about it if you’re interested.
P.S. It’s worth noting the price is £2,965.50 — that’s the current market value, and it’s been well looked after. Just don’t expect it to be a weekend rally car. 😊
