So I’ve got this DW 2000 single kick pedal — DWCP2000 — and I’m passing it on. It’s been opened just to check the contents, and honestly, it’s spotless inside. No scratches, no wear — just like when it came out of the box. I’ve even added some extra padding and bubble wrap to keep it snug, because I don’t want it rattling around in the box when it’s moved.

It’s one of those classic DW pedals — all steel, solid build, and that familiar American drumming feel. The single chain-and-sprocket system has been around for years, and it’s actually been tested on the road, so it’s pretty reliable. The toe clamp, rubber base, and spring rocker are all there — the pivot point is smooth, and the tension adjustment works well.

I’ve kept it in the original box, with the packaging as it came — just a bit of transit dents on the carton, which is pretty normal for these boxes. I’ve stuffed it extra well so it doesn’t shift.
