Description

Got this 2007 Swift Fairway 530 special edition caravan since 2015 — loved it, kept it well maintained, serviced last in June 2025. No damp, no issues at all, just feels solid and tidy. It’s a great first-time family caravan with loads of practical space.

Front lounge has two bench seats that pull out into a double bed, plus a chest of drawers with a pull-out coffee table and fold-down table — nice for getting a bit of extra seating or just having a coffee in the morning.

The side dinette converts into bunk beds and can be pulled away for privacy if you want some quiet time. Rear end has a proper washroom — toilet, sink, vanity, wardrobe, and a separate shower cubicle. Very functional.

A few standout features: plenty of windows for light and views, rooflights above the lounge and dinette for fresh air and daylight. Side dinette gives you extra living space when you need it.

Electrical system is RCD protected with 230V sockets and a TV point, plus a radio player. Good lighting throughout. Heating is dual fuel — gas and electric — and there’s a water heater for the kitchen and bathroom.

Flooring is wood-effect vinyl with removable drop-in carpets — easy to clean, not too much fuss. Cassette toilet (with chemicals), and loads of storage — overhead lockers, under-seat bins.

Kitchen has a dual fuel hob (three gas rings, one electric), oven and grill, and a gas bottle included. Fridge freezer is a 2024 leisure battery — not the biggest, but good for weekend trips.

External features: fly screens, gas BBQ point, 240V socket, Tyron bands.

Also included: wheel clamp, hitch lock and cover, levelling ramps and chocks, towing mirrors, electric hook-up, two Aqua Rolls, water pump, waste master (with cover), Vango Kalari Airbeam awning and pump, Vango Kalari Air Awning Sleeping Annex, awning carpet, caravan step, side skirts, and Milenco nose weight gauge.

It’s been used regularly but not abused — just a calm, reliable caravan. Price is £3,825 — open to offers, happy to chat if you’re interested. Located at corrour, The Road to the Isles.
