Vintage Queen Anne Style Upholstered Footstool

I’ve had this footstool for years, and it’s one of those pieces that just feels right in a room. It’s a genuine Queen Anne style with those classic cabriole legs and a warm mahogany finish—nothing flashy, just solid and old-school. The top’s padded and upholstered in burgundy damask with a leaf and floral pattern, which I love because it adds a bit of warmth without being too loud. There are little brass studs and some blue trim that give it a bit of personality. The wood has a bit of wear from years of use, and the fabric has some gentle fading—no damage, just the kind of marks you expect from a piece that’s seen a lot. I’ve been using it as a footrest mostly, but I also keep it on the side table when I want to add a bit of character to the room. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely not boring.
