Got this old aluminium weight bench from my garage workouts back in the day—used it a couple of times, never really stressed it out. The frame’s solid, no dents, and the padding’s still fairly good. It’s not fancy, just something I kept around for basic home workouts. I’m moving to Barmouth, Gwynedd, so it’s going out of my place. Still works fine, just not something I’d use daily. I’ve seen it listed for £119 on Amazon, so I’m offering it for £63—way cheaper than that. If you’re into home fitness and don’t mind a bit of a used piece, it might be worth a look.Seller Information
