2012 Ford Focus ZETEC TDCI Hatchback Diesel Manual
Description
I’m selling my 2012 Ford Focus ZETEC TDCI hatchback – it’s a solid, reliable little car I’ve had for years and actually still drives well. It’s a diesel, so it’s got that efficient, quiet running feel, and I’ve kept it well maintained over the years. The 1.6L diesel engine gives it a great fuel economy – around 67.3mpg – which means it’s been a real lifesaver on long weekends and family trips. CO2’s at 109g/km, so it’s not a heavy car, and I’ve only ever had to pay £20 in road tax each year.
Inside, it’s comfortable and practical – air conditioning works well, especially in summer, and the multi-function steering wheel lets me switch between music and phone calls without taking my eyes off the road. I’ve got Bluetooth so I can keep hands-free calls going, which I’ve found useful on the way to the shops or when I’m driving with kids.
It’s got rear parking sensors, electric front windows, and adjustable mirrors – all of which make parking and daily use easier. The ISOFIX points are handy for little ones, and I’ve used the start/stop air conditioning feature quite a bit to save power.
I’ve had it for a while now and it’s been my go-to family car, with a WSG warranty still valid. It’s been serviced regularly, and I’ve got 12 months of AA breakdown cover too.
I’m based in Knaphill, Woking, so if you’re local, I’d be happy to show it over. Price is £2,965.50 – it’s a fair bit less than what some other dealers are asking, and it’s a real no-frills, dependable car that actually feels good to drive.
If you’re thinking of getting a reliable, low-maintenance diesel hatchback, this one’s worth a look. Let me know if you’d like to see it.
