Got this lovely 2010 Willerby Scenic 3-bedroom static caravan on a quiet, family-only spot at Golden Palm Resort in Prescot, Huyton. It’s been kept super well — central heating, double glazing, and everything’s in great shape. We’ve been here for years and it’s really been a home base for our family.

It’s a full 3-bedroom, 8-birth setup with a wrap-around deck and a hottub — perfect for relaxing with the views. The grassed area gives you some privacy when using the tub, and there’s a private parking spot too.

The caravan comes fully stocked: smart TVs in every room (with arial points), a shed with washer and dryer, a big fridge freezer, and a dog crate (bought to match the furniture). No need to buy anything — just move in and go.

We’re moving out of the area, so it’s a bit of a relief to part with it. The ground rent is paid through to the end of the season — next season it’ll be £4,700. There’s also a transfer fee of £3,200 included in the price.
