Peugeot 308 SW 1.6 HDI Estate 2010 Manual 7 Seater
Description
So, I’m finally parting with this old trusty Peugeot 308 SW after keeping it for seven years. It’s not flashy, but it’s been treated like a proper workhorse — I’ve been a professional, so I’ve taken good care of it.The 1.6 HDI engine is solid, no issues, and I’ve kept it well-maintained with all the big jobs done: timing belt, water pump, clutch, brake discs and pads, battery — all with proper records. I’ve even got the full service history and invoices, which means you can actually see every bit of work done. The oil’s been Castrol Magnatec stop-start, and all filters are Bosh.
It runs really smoothly — I’ve filmed it a few times (can send if you want). The engine sounds like it’s brand new. No warnings, no advisories on the MOT, HPI clear — no accidents, no red flags. Full panoramic roof, all seats fold flat, so it’s great for families or for turning into a van when needed.
It’s a black beauty, yes — a bit of age-related scuffs and scratches, nothing major. I’ve got a full tank of super diesel (worth £100) tucked in there too.
I’ve only ever driven it to work, to the gym, and to take my kids to school. It’s not flashy, it doesn’t do flashy things, but it gets you where you need to go — reliably.
It’s only £1500, and I’m not selling it lightly. I’ll be crying a bit when I hand it over — it’s been my go-to for years. If you’re looking for a solid, reliable family car that doesn’t need a lot of maintenance, this one’s got you covered.
It’s in southam, Stratford-on-Avon. If you’re local and want to see it, just give me a shout.
