Armchair refurb project

Description

Got this armchair sitting in my garage in Kelty, Fife, and I’ve been meaning to give it a proper go. It’s not fire retardant, so no worries there — just a solid piece of wood, probably mahogany or teak, though I’m not 100% sure. Looks like it could be from the 60s or 70s, maybe a bit worn but still solid. The back goes from floor to top at 37.5 inches (93.5cm), arms are 21.5 inches (54cm) from floor, and the arm width across is 28.25 inches (72cm). No seat cushion included — just the frame. I’m not charging anything, just keeping it in the TQ3 area. If you’re into DIY or just want to give it a fresh look, it’s a nice project. Buyer collects, no hassle.
