The house is shared with one other professional person — both of us work in the area, so it’s a calm, low-key environment. There’s a shared lounge, a kitchen diner with a great seating area that overlooks the garden, and a tidy, well-maintained back garden. Parking is a plus — there’s space for three cars, and you can park off-road via a driveway.

I’ve included all bills (gas, electricity, water, internet) — no surprise charges. No pets, no smoking, and not suitable for families or kids. Students are welcome to enquire if they’re looking for a place near Cambridge or Royston.

It’s about a 12-minute drive to Cambridge North train station, and just 8 minutes to Milton Park and Ride — super handy if you’re commuting to Cambridge or Royston. There’s a Tesco Extra just under 15 minutes away too.

Available from 17 August 2025, minimum 6-month tenancy. The room is unfurnished — you can bring your own furniture if you’d like.
