1986 Land Rover Defender 110 County Station Wagon with Mazda 3.5 SL35Ti Turbo Diesel Conversion
Description
This 1986 Land Rover Defender 110 County Station Wagon came in through a part exchange a while back, and I’ve been keeping it mostly as-is since. It’s a solid 9-seater with 181,000 miles on the clock, and the Mazda 3.5 SL35Ti turbo diesel engine conversion means it’s got plenty of power and pulls smoothly — I’ve taken it to 70mph without any issues. The bodywork is a bit worn and a bit shabby, but the interior’s been cleaned up, and I’ve got new front seats in place. The chassis feels solid, and it’s had a recent treatment to keep it in good shape. It comes with heavy-duty steel wheels and Continental cross-contact tyres, a stainless steel exhaust, a tow bar, and a Sony CD player with AM/FM. I’ve got a file of all the work done over the years, and the MOT runs until 16th June 2026.I’m based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, and I’m happy to arrange a viewings appointment when it suits you. The car runs well and drives reliably — I’ve used it for a few years and it’s been pretty dependable. I’ve had it fully HPI checked, and it’s a family-run business with over 70 years of combined experience in the motor trade. I’ve only ever sold vehicles that I’ve personally sourced from main dealers or through part exchanges, and I’m always happy to offer a 12-month warranty at a fair price.
No hard sell, just a real, honest vehicle I’ve kept around for a while. If you’re interested, just get in touch — I’ll sort something out for you.
