DSS only – for two people on housing benefit or UC
Description
I’ve got a house in Nailsea, North Somerset, available for two people who both get housing benefit or Universal Credit (Housing Element). It’s not for singles, couples, or rent-to-rent – just two people applying together, both on the same benefit. The house is 3 bedrooms, two receptions, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, double glazing, and central heating. No furniture, no bills included.
Key things:
- Both applicants must be over 35, or under 35 with kids (exemptions apply)
- Need to be based in the area – not far from Nailsea
- Must both be on full housing benefit or UC (Housing Element)
- Kids are okay – just not in a shared household with someone not on benefit
First month’s rent is due – I can talk about that if you're serious. A guarantor or deposit helps, but not mandatory.
If you’re one of two people on housing benefit or UC and meet the above, just message me to confirm:
- You’re two separate claimants
- You’re both over 35 (or under 35 with kids)
- You’re both on full housing benefit or UC
No applications from people who don’t meet these – I get a lot of messages from people who didn’t read it properly.
It’s a private landlord property, and the rent is £9.00 per month for two people – total £18.00/month. That’s the only way I can keep it going.
Just let me know if you’re in the right place and have the right claim. I’ll get back to you.
