I’ve had this projector for years, mostly just sitting in the box at home in Rowlands-Gill, Gateshead. It’s a Hanimex Loadmatic 808D – not fancy, but works well for home movie nights. The projector’s been stored carefully, the lens is clean, and the film gate is still tight. I’ve used it a few times for family events, and it runs smoothly. It’s not in perfect condition, but it’s reliable and still looks great. I’m getting rid of it because I’ve moved on to digital, and it’s just taking up space.
