Description
This old wooden ruler from the RABONE Chesterman line is still in great shape — the hinges are smooth, it doesn’t wobble, and the markings are clear. I found it tucked away in a drawer at my dad’s old workshop in St-Ives, Cornwall. It’s been used occasionally for measuring woodwork, but hasn’t seen much action since. The wood is a bit faded, but the craftsmanship is solid. I’m keeping it because I’ve always liked the classic look, and it’s not exactly something you’d find at a hardware store anymore.
