Ridgeback Velocity Metro bicycle

I’ve had this Ridgeback Velocity Metro for a few years now, mostly riding it around Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire. It’s an aluminium frame with a step-trough design and an adjustable stem – really handy if you’re somewhere in the 155–175cm range. Groupset’s Shimano Acera, 24 gears, v-brakes, and Continental tyres – nothing flashy, but it’s been reliable and I’ve kept it well looked after. There’s a bit of normal wear, like scratches and scuff marks, but the aluminium doesn’t rust so it’s still solid. I’ve not been using it much lately, so it’s got plenty of miles left in it. If you’re looking for a solid, practical bike that’s been ridden but not damaged, this one’s a good bet. I’m happy to include the stand if you want it – it’s not much, but it’s useful for storage. Price is £81 if you’re interested, but I’m just sharing it because I’ve got a new one coming in.
