DTX Fitness Multi-Position Workout Bench
Description
Got this DTX Fitness bench and decided to part with it – it’s been a real go-to for my home workouts. Still in great shape, no dents or wear, just like when I first got it.It’s been helping me do everything from bench presses to shoulder lifts, bicep curls, ab work, and even leg exercises – basically, full-body strength training without needing a gym. The thing is super flexible – you can adjust it to flat, incline, decline, and even use it for sit-ups. That means I can switch up my routine easily without having to move furniture or buy new gear.
I love that it folds up neatly when I’m not using it – just stands upright and takes up almost no space. The frame is solid, feels stable during heavy lifts, and the resistance bands that come with it are a nice touch – no need to buy extra weights to get a bit of variety in my workouts.
It’s 107cm long, 32cm wide, and 90cm tall – not too big, not too small. Fits nicely in my garage and doesn’t take over the space.
I’ve used it regularly over the past few years and it’s held up well. Now it’s heading to Thornbury, Torridge District, where I’m moving to. It’s £27, so if you’re serious about home fitness and want something that’s actually useful, it’s a no-brainer.
Just letting you know – it’s not fancy, but it does what it’s supposed to. No fluff, just solid training.
