Description

This is a real gem – the 2019 ERIBA Touring 310 60th Anniversary Edition, a 3-bert caravan that’s been lovingly cared for over the years. It’s got a clean, modern look with dual-tone alloy wheels, a pop-top roof, and a fold-away entry step – makes it easy to get in and out, especially if you’re not used to caravans.

Inside, the front dinette has a single bed that converts, two comfy sofa seats, a central table you can remove, and plenty of storage. The kitchen is solid – Truma heater, 3-hob stove, Dometic fridge freezer, sink with tap, and a large window for fresh air. The rear lounge has a double bed, a big leather-trimmed U-shaped sofa, and a large dining table that can be pulled out. There are three big windows facing the open sky – great for views and light. All the windows are blinded and curtained, and there’s a wrap-around overhead storage too.

I’ve kept it well-maintained over the years – it’s been fully serviced and valeted before it left the site. It’s been parked at Red Lion Caravan Centre in Clayton-le-Moors, Hyndburn, where they’ve been around since the 60s, running a solid family-run operation with a real passion for quality and service.

One thing to note: the existing alarms, motor mover, and parking cameras aren’t covered under the 3-month warranty – just the main body and systems. That said, it’s a solid, reliable caravan with a lot of thoughtful details.

I’m not selling it to just anyone – I’ve actually used it myself for years, and I know how it handles, how it parks, and how it feels on the road. If you’re someone who likes a bit of adventure, a bit of space, and a bit of comfort – this one’s for you.

It’s been fully serviced and ready to go, and I’ve got a good idea of how it performs. The price is £15,745.50 – I’m not going to pretend it’s cheap, but it’s a solid investment for someone who wants a dependable, well-equipped caravan.

If you’re thinking about it, I’d be happy to chat – no pressure, just a real conversation about what it’s like to live in one.

Red Lion’s open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–5pm, and Sunday 10am–4pm. I can point you to the site if you want to see it in person.
