Hi, I’m from Slovakia and I’m renting out two rooms in a quiet 4-bedroom apartment in Newton-Stewart, Dumfries and Galloway. I live with my 20-year-old daughter, so it’s a one-woman household — no kids, no pets, just a calm, tidy place.

Room 1: A large room with a super king-sized bed — available from August 23, 2025. Perfect for someone who needs space, maybe a student or a working woman.

Room 2: A single bed room, ready from September 6, 2025. A bit more compact, but still comfortable.

Both rooms are fully furnished — office desk, new chair, and the doors have modern locks. No visitors allowed, so it’s private and quiet. I’ve got a window facing the garden, so no car noise — just peace and fresh air.

All bills are included in the rent, so you just pay the rent by bank transfer — no fees, no deposit. Super easy for long-term stays (minimum 6 months, or a full year).

It’s only a 15-minute walk to the city centre, and Roath Park is just 10 minutes away. Shopping’s also easy — a few stops down Albany Road or City Road.
