Got this IKEA BILLY bookcase from my old home in Fordingbridge, New Forest – it’s been a staple in my living space for years. I’ve used it for books, knick-knacks, and even as a little side storage for my kitchen tools. It’s sturdy and the shelves hold up well, even with a bit of clutter. Dimensions are 80cm wide, 28cm deep, and 202cm tall – so it fits nicely in a corner or beside a sofa. Max load per shelf is 30kg, which is more than enough for what I’ve got. It’s not fancy, but it’s reliable and has actually gotten better with age. I’m parting with it because I’ve moved into a new place and it’s time to make room.
