This little mountain bike is perfect for kids around 8 to 12 years old. It’s got a solid steel frame and 18-speed Shimano gears — nothing fancy, but it’s sturdy and reliable. V-brakes mean it stops well, which is a nice plus. Weighs about 16kg, so it’s not too heavy for a kid to handle. I’ve had it for a few years and it’s been through plenty of adventures — just not the same kind of rides anymore. It’s currently stored at my place in Kingsbridge, West Alvington. It’s not a daily rider now, just sitting on the shelf, but I’m getting rid of it because I’ve moved on to something more serious.
