So, we’ve got this Cupra Born V2 from 2022 – automatic, electric, and fully loaded. It’s been through a family service history, all Cupra proper care, and we’ve just had the tyres replaced with new Continentals. The car’s been a real joy to drive – sharp, responsive, and loads of tech.

You’ve got heated and massaging seats, adaptive cruise, lane assist, collision avoidance, head-up display, keyless entry, a big touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, DAB, wireless phone charging, parking sensors, and all the basics. The boot liner’s fitted too.

We’re not using it much anymore – we’ve built up a whole fleet and this one’s just sitting in the garage doing nothing. We’ve done a bit of a cost check too: if you charge it at home overnight on the Octopus EV tariff (7p/kW) and it gets 3.3 miles per kWh, you could do 10,000 miles for about £212. That’s a real deal for a long-distance electric drive.

It’s not been driven much, just a few hundred miles, and it’s been well looked after. We’re just passing it on because we’ve got too many cars now and it’s not getting much use.
