I’ve been keeping this Beko washing machine for a few years now and it’s honestly worked really well for my household. It’s a 9kg model in black with a 1400 RPM spin – not too loud, not too slow, just about right. The energy rating is A, so it’s not a huge drain on the electricity bill. I use it every day and it handles everything from socks to duvets without any issues.

It has a delay timer, so I can set it to start later in the day, and the variable temperature feature is handy when I'm washing delicate clothes. There’s also a half-load option, which is perfect when I’m just doing a small batch. The rotary control is simple to use, and there are 15 programmes – quick wash, super rinse, and a few others that I’ve found useful over time.

It’s 84.5cm high, 60cm wide, and 54.6cm deep – not too big, fits nicely in my kitchen corner. I’ve only used it for a few years, and it’s in great shape. I’m moving house soon and it’s time to part with it.
