2018 Hyundai Tucson Estate 1.6 GDi Blue Drive SE Nav
Description
So, I’ve had this 2018 Hyundai Tucson Estate for a few years now — it’s been my daily driver through a lot of changes, from moving to working from home to just plain life getting busy. I’ve actually kept it pretty well maintained, and it’s been a solid workhorse. It’s a 1.6-litre GDi with the Blue Drive setup, manual gearbox, and full Euro 6 compliance — 132ps, all the safety gear, and it’s got that lovely 17-inch alloy wheel look. The interior is clean, the seats are comfortable, and I’ve used it for both city commutes and weekend trips.
Some of the bits I love:
- 8-inch touchscreen with Tom Tom Live and traffic updates
- Reverse camera, lane departure warning, and lane keep assist
- All the airbags — front, side, curtain — plus the roof sensor that kicks in if it detects a rollover
- Climate control with ioniser, heated front seats, and a nice armrest with storage
- Power windows, electric mirrors (with heating), and automatic headlights
- Plenty of storage — cup holders, bottle holders, luggage net, roof rails, and even a retractable load cover
I’ve also got a 12V outlet in the front console and trunk, and the boot’s got a decent size for gear or a couple of kids. The car’s been regularly serviced, tyres are good, and I’ve kept it well looked after.
It’s currently parked in Goffs-Oak, Broxbourne — just a quick drive from the A12 if you’re coming from the south. I’m not selling it as a showpiece or anything, just letting it go because I’m moving and need a bit of space in the garage.
I’ve had it checked over by a proper mechanic, and it’s in great condition. The price is £10,710 — it’s not cheap, but it’s a reliable, practical SUV with solid features.
If you’re interested, I’m happy to chat or show it around. No pressure, just a straightforward car with a decent history.
